Parameters
- folder (String)
- Folder name with path.
- flags (array<String>[]()[][])
- Message flags. Value null means no flags. For example: new string[]{"\Seen","\Answered"}.
- internalDate (DateTime)
- Message internal data. DateTime.MinValue means server will allocate it.
- message (Stream)
- Message stream.
- count (Int32)
- Number of bytes send from message stream.
